Philipp Gasche

Direktor ad Interim / CFO

studied business administration at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland in Olten. After his studies, he worked for several years as an auditor at PwC in Bern and successfully completed his training as a certified auditor in 2010. In 2013, he joined Swiss Medical Network in the position of Head of Financial Accounting German-speaking Switzerland. In 2015, he also assumed responsibility for financial accounting in French-speaking Switzerland and was promoted to CFO in 2019. He has been Director ad interim of the Obach Private Clinic since 2022.


Tanja Rölli

Deputy Director

has several training and further education qualifications in the field of marketing and communication; in 2018 she obtained the MAS Digital Marketing and Communication Management from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. She worked for the Swiss orthopaedics manufacturer Mathys AG Bettlach for eleven years and joined Swiss Medical Network in 2019. There, Tanja Rölli served as Head of Communication & Marketing first for the Obach Private Clinic, later for the Mittelland region and finally for the whole of German-speaking Switzerland. Since May 2022, she has been Deputy Director of the Obach Private Clinic and a member of the Executive Board.


Dr Ewen A. Cameron

Orthopaedic surgeon

is a specialist in orthopaedic surgery and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system. In general orthopaedics, hip and knee are among his specialities, and for over 20 years he has focused on sports medicine: the joint practice which he runs with a colleague in Solothurn is a Sports Medical Base recognised by Swiss Olympic; he also acts as Co-President of the Swiss Swimming Board. Dr. Ewen A. Cameron has been a member of the board of directors of the Obach Private Clinic since 2020.


Dr Jan Behncke

Specialist in anaesthesiology

obtained his specialist title in 2008 and has been self-employed since 2015. Prior to that, he worked as a specialist in anaesthesia at the Salem Hospital in Bern and as a senior physician at the SRO Langenthal, and spent his residency at various hospitals in Switzerland. Dr Behncke holds a diploma in preclinical emergency medicine (SGNOR) and is a senior emergency physician. He was responsible for training in Langenthal for several years. Since 2022 he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aare Anästhesie AG Solothurn and a member of the Executive Board of Privatklinik Obach.


Manuela Walker

Director of Nursing

is trained as a qualified nurse DN II and worked in various institutions, including Hospital Grenchen and the Obach Private Clinic from 2003 to 2008. In 2011, she obtained her diploma as an expert in emergency nursing NDS HF and worked at the same time in the emergency centre SRO Spital Langenthal and later at the University Emergency Centre Inselspital Bern. Ms Walker acquired theoretical expertise in the CAS Leadership and other courses at the Bern University of Applied Sciences. From 2016, she used this knowledge as head of nursing at the University Emergency Centre Inselspital Bern before moving to the Obach Private Clinic at the beginning of 2021. Ms Walker is Director of Nursing and member of the management.
